EVALUATION

ART-ID followed a structured evaluation process to capture learning and development:

• Initial Evaluation (Start of the Project): Participants and facilitators reviewed the program schedule and activities to ensure clarity and alignment with learning goals.

• Mid-Project Evaluation (During the Project): Participants showcased the results of activities and exercises completed during the project. Feedback focused on creativity, innovation, teamwork, and applied skills.

• Final Evaluation (End of the Project): At the end, participants completed a detailed survey reflecting on the entire project. This included evaluation of learning outcomes, skills gained, and overall satisfaction. 

• Youthpass Evaluation: Participants conducted self-assessments via Youthpass to reflect on skills and personal growth, with certificates recognizing their achievements.

Impact:
ART-ID successfully supported participants' development in creativity, collaboration, and professional skills. Positive feedback confirmed the project's meaningful and lasting impact.
